Kismet Tower Pier Experience
Jacksonville Jaguars owner, Shahid Khan welcomed VIPs onboard his super yacht - Kismet - which docked near Tower Bridge.
Guests were welcomed via a private function area at Tower Millennium Pier which served as a welcome area and media room before boarding chartered Thames Clippers to get to Kismet.
Silent Auction
Managing the online silent auction during game day and distributing the prizes to the winners
Player Meet and Greets
Assisting the Jacksonville Jaguars marketing team with in-store player meet and greets with their fans.
Union Jax Foundation Launch
The official invite-only launch of the UK charitable foundation of the Jacksonville Jaguars to their sponsors and business partners.
Responsibilities included:
Overseeing event production and formulating the attendee experience
Managing and liaising with all relevant suppliers including AV, graphics, catering, staffing and venue
